Hi, I’m Melissa Reeves, owner of Reeves Business Services LLC.My business experience began at age 16 in the restaurant industry, where I learned customer service, cash handling, register reconciliation, and the importance of accurate records. After moving to Mammoth Lakes, I advanced from cashier to office manager, overseeing front-office operations, supervising cashiers, and balancing daily sales. I later worked as a restaurant assistant manager and bookkeeper, gaining hands-on experience with the financial and administrative responsibilities required to keep a small business running smoothly.Over the years, my career expanded into office management, legal support, hospitality management, bookkeeping, human resources, payroll, compliance, and risk management. I also experienced business ownership firsthand when I operated a resale storefront.Today, I serve as an HR and Risk Specialist and bring decades of practical business experience to Reeves Business Services.
